IQD clock oscillators for extreme applications

The IQXO-540 AUTO series is housed in a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.8mm ceramic sealed package with frequencies available in the range from 4.0 to 50MHz.

With stabilities down to ±25ppm over -40 to +85 degrees C or ±50ppm over the extended temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees C, this new range of clock oscillators is suitable for extreme environments found in industrial and automotive applications including ABS, Airbag Sensors, Drive Controls, Keyless Entry, Navigation, Security Systems, Solar Panels, Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) receivers, Wi-Fi and WiMax.

Three voltages are available; the IQXO-540 AUTO operates at 3.3V; the IQXO-541 AUTO at 2.5V and the IQXO-542 AUTO at 1.8V. All variants deliver a CMOS output along with an enable/disable function.

With a current consumption as low as 5mA and standby current of 10µA (-40 to 85 degrees C) these new models are also suitable for battery operated equipment.
