US ITC launched a 337 investigation on semiconductor devices, including OV, MediaTek, Qualcomm and TSMC

  According to the official website of the US International Trade Commission, on March 21, 2019, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to initiate a 337 investigation on specific semiconductor devices, integrated circuits and consumer products containing the device (survey code: 337-TA -1149). It is worth mentioning that the Chinese companies involved include OPPO, vivo, one plus, BBK, TCL, Hisense, MediaTek and Morningstar. At the same time, Qualcomm and TSMC are also listed as one of the defendants in the US branch.
