Inductive component manufacturer CHILISIN held a legal meeting on February 26 and stated that the current inductance utilization rate is fully loaded, and the order visibility is as long as 4 months, and it can be seen until the end of the second quarter.

According to MoneyDJ reports, CHILISIN stated that the current demand for large and small integrated molded inductors (Molding Choke) is very strong. In addition to automotive electronics, new product applications such as 5G mobile phones, Wi-Fi 6 and housing economy demand continue to ferment. All these have led to an increase in the demand for inductors.

It is reported that CHILISIN's current monthly output of LTCC radio frequency components is 60 million units. At the same time, thanks to the 4G and 5G smartphones, it is expected that monthly shipments in the first half of the year will exceed 100 million units, increasing to about 150 million units.

However, industry insiders believe that CHILISIN's February revenue is expected to decrease by 30% compared with the previous month due to the Spring Festival holiday and the exchange of subsidiaries with Kaimei. However, due to the strong demand for its products, the revenue in the first half of the year is still expected to achieve year-on-year growth.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that CHILISIN has planned to consolidate the factory in mainland China and centralize the inductor production line in order to improve the production efficiency of the factory and reduce the production cost. It is expected that related actions will be launched this year and may be completed before the second quarter of next year.
