Intended for the requirements of rugged power switching in aerospace, defence and marine applications CII FC-335 series relays are built to handle high capacity loads and offer a 35A/28Vdc resistive load rating.

CII FC-335 series relays are built in accordance with MIL-PRF-6106 to meet rigorous military standards for use in power distribution, fuel pumps, guidance and navigation systems, weapons systems, and ground support equipment. 

The relays are designed with double make contacts that share the load across two contact sets, which helps minimise wear and tear and provides stable performance. 

The all-welded construction is claimed to be more reliable than solder-sealed relays.

These relays are available in solder hook or terminal block configurations as well as 28Vdc and 115Vac coils configurations. 

The main contacts are also suitable for use in 360-800Hz variable frequency applications required by newer commercial and military aircraft.
